Registered Nurse is responsible for care delivered to patient in the Emergency Room, Acute and Swing Bed Units. He/She is committed to quality patient care and Demonstrates leadership abilities, including ability to work under stressful situations. He/She also collaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate patient care.

Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse administers service in caring for patients in the Emergency Room, Acute and Swing Bed Units. He/She is under supervision of the charge nurse. He/She is committed to quality patients care and demonstrates to work under stressful situations.

Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

The LPN/RN Charge nurse cares for physical, personal, and emotional needs of the residents during the assigned shift. Maintains and expands the professional role of nursing by performing all nursing functions that are within the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing’s practice. Provides general supervision, assistance, and guidance for the resident. Implements the residents plan of care to assure that all health care services are properly executed and documented.

Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nurse Assistant

A Nurse Aide is an auxiliary helper who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse. Is responsible for the care of the residents assigned to him/her. Handel residents in a manner conductive to their safety.

Maintenance

Is responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the facility as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Makes repairs to facility systems and groundskeeping.

Housekeeping/Launderer

Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the facility’s over-all appearance.

Launderer is responsible for keeping the linen supply in good condition and stocked. Making sure personal laundry is in good condition and repair.

Radiology

Is responsible for performing quality radiographic images on all radiographic procedures.

Full-Time

The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dietary department including scheduling, staff oversight, ordering supplies, assisting with menu planning, special diets, quality control, inventory control, coordinating daily specials, and coordinating Meals on Wheels program. Certification required.

Registered Dietician

 Full-Time

The Registered Dietician is responsible for developing menus that meet regulatory nutritional guidelines for the acute care hospital, skilled nursing facility, and Meals on Wheels program. Reviews resident patient charts for charges in weight and/or nutritional status and recommends interventions as required. Performs random kitchen and meal audits.
